1. What We Collect
Account data (name, email, password hash), billing data (handled by Stripe — we never store full card numbers), and usage data (pages viewed, searches, alert settings, technical logs including IP address). Company and personnel data shown in the product is derived from public SEC filings and is not personal data collected from you.
2. How We Use It
To provide and secure the Service, process subscriptions, send the alerts and digests you enable, and improve the product. We send marketing email only with your consent and every message includes an unsubscribe link.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with processors necessary to run the Service — hosting, database, payment (Stripe), and email delivery providers — under their respective data-processing terms, or where required by law.
4. Retention and Your Rights
Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised on request after closure, except records we must retain (e.g. billing). You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time at support@aedryn.com. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance and, where applicable, other data-protection laws.
5. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
